Our Process
1. Join
Step into a distinguished network of individuals in your city who are committed to growth. This is a community built to inspire ambition, fuel progress, and unlock new possibilities for those striving for more.
2. Match
On the first week of each month, we use an algorithm and manual matching to connect you with 2–3 peers of the same gender and similar age in your city. Matches are chosen based on the potential to spark lasting friendships.
3. Meet
Your group picks the best time and place to connect. Then, you quickly plan a fun gathering where you form lasting connections. Throughout the year, receive invites to unforgettable member-only retreats in captivating destinations.
